Blake Lively is now facing a fresh legal battle as crisis PR expert Jed Wallace has filed a $7 million defamation lawsuit against her. Wallace, the head of Street Relations, Inc., alleges that Lively falsely accused him of running a coordinated online smear campaign to tarnish her reputation amid her ongoing dispute with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni.

This lawsuit follows Lively’s December 2024 civil complaint, in which she claimed Wallace was behind a digital attack designed to discredit her after she spoke out against alleged misconduct on the film’s set. Wallace strongly denies the accusations, arguing that Lively’s claims have damaged his career and credibility.
The legal entanglement is the latest twist in a high-profile feud that has rocked Hollywood. In December, Lively sued Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment and retaliation. Baldoni responded with a staggering $400 million lawsuit, alleging defamation and extortion by Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
With multiple lawsuits now in play, the legal battle is far from over. Industry insiders predict a drawn-out courtroom fight, with the next major hearing expected in late 2025 and a trial likely in 2026.
