Baldoni’s legal team claims the footage, which captures the filming of a romantic scene, demonstrates his professionalism and refutes Lively’s accusations of inappropriate behavior.
Blake Lively filed a formal complaint in December 2024 with the California Civil Rights Department, accusing Baldoni of creating a hostile work environment.
